At UrgentPrintingDubai.com, all our products are custom-made and produced on demand based on customer specifications. Because of this personalized nature, we do not accept returns or issue refunds except in limited cases outlined below.
1. No Returns Policy
All merchandise, signage, and print orders are customized per request. As such, we do not accept returns under any circumstances. By placing an order, you agree that all items are made to order and are not eligible for return.
2. Quality of Prints
If you are unsatisfied with the quality of your prints, please email photos of the received items to contact@urgentprintingdubai.com for review. These help us evaluate potential production defects.

In most cases, if the issue is confirmed to be a production error, we will reprint the order at no extra cost.

To be eligible for any reprint due to color or print accuracy, you must have selected a digital proof at the time of ordering.

Large projects and booklets may be excluded from automatic reprints as they undergo deeper internal review before production.

We do not offer monetary refunds in any case related to print quality. Only reprints or replacements are provided where justified.
3. Damaged Shipment
If your order arrives damaged during transit, please report the issue within 10 business days of receiving your shipment.

Email a photo of the damaged items and packaging to contact@urgentprintingdubai.com.

Upon verification, we will promptly reprint and resend the items at no cost.
4. Delayed / Late Orders
While we strive to meet all deadlines, unexpected delays can occur due to high volume, material availability, or logistics issues.

We do not issue refunds for orders shipped or delivered past your requested deadlines or our estimated dates.

If your order is time-sensitive, please provide clear deadline details in your order instructions.

If we anticipate delays before production/shipping, we will notify you via email. In such cases, you may choose to cancel before printing starts.
5. Cancellations

You may cancel your order and receive a full refund only if production has not started.

Once your order enters “Printed” or “In Production” status, it cannot be canceled or refunded.

Approved refunds may take up to 10 business days to appear in your account.
6. Express Services
We offer express production and delivery for an additional fee.

Express orders are prioritized and pushed through accelerated production.

The express fee is non-refundable once production begins.

Choosing express service does not exempt your order from proofing and approval requirements.

Delays by shipping carriers after dispatch are not covered by express fee refund.
7. Customer Approval Responsibility
We provide digital proofs to help you verify layout, design, text, and color before we print.

By approving a proof, you accept full responsibility for its content.

We do not reprint or refund for errors you approved, such as typos, layout mistakes, or image quality.
8. Unforeseen Circumstances & Disclaimer
Urgent Printing Dubai is not liable for delays or losses resulting from events beyond our control, such as:

Natural disasters, fire, floods, pandemics

Strikes, political unrest, or power outages

Courier service disruptions or customs delays
No compensation or refund will be provided in such cases.
9. Dispute & Chargeback Policy
By placing an order on our website, you acknowledge that:
